Ok thks...anyway to renew my rfid tag? Mine just expired. If can without going in I dun mind. If cannot nvm, coz my car left 1.5 yrs coe. Scrapping soon. Thks.

Renewing not working

Their renewal button don't work. Initially I tried to renew via the renewal button and face the same issue like you, there wasn't any action on their end. It was upon mailing in that they advice the right process is to de-register the vehicle first, then re-register again.

Go into your TnG app and try to contact live support. Do indicate you want to "speak" to an agent.
