Renewing not working

Ok...then I not going in after October...try to go before that...hope they do u turn...lol

i think they will U-TURN. They put hotline, i call it's not working number.
I Email them, they mai reply... probably kpkb say so many ppl email today.

hotline is working but if flooded with many callers , it will end up with engaged tone.

if u get through the line, be prepared to queue around 15mins before u can speak with the CSO.

I received the email but did not take action coz not compulsory, now is, so I quickly go and renew...

What's the VEP email that we should ask about renewing.

I can't even see whether my current VEP is registered properly to me. Where to check this ?

i login and there is no renew or deactivate button..

i submitted for renewal one month already, on Tscens website its reflected Renew Submitted, Action is blank~ the next action shld be payment and collection right~? email to them no sound no pic~

I received the RFID tag today. I logged in TCsens and had not fully acknowledge the tag.
The new video in the site tell me to stick the small RFID tag onto the left lamp only though website mentioned can stick either left lamp or left windscreen.

do you need to take a photo of the tag after sticking?
