those flats are very nice. The ground floor ones have such nice backyard spaces etc. But if Pakcik is not wrong, there are 2 small cons - the ceilings are very low, and the bathrooms are usually in the middle and only one bathroom. At least the ones that are not the ground level - and the access staircase is very narrow. Suitable for young stylos but not for older folks. Always amazed how the value of those more than 50 year old flats keep going up and up like nobody's biz.
