ZYM staff told me this: if you are oversea and you reject an incoming call, you will be charge a fee,$3?? Instead u shd mute and let the call end by itself?

hi all, how long does porting in take? Trying to time my port (from redone) just before my billing cycle ends. Zym site says up to 5 business days which is pretty long.

I self-collected my SIM card on Tuesday at 2 pm. Although the staff stuck with their SOP, telling me it would take 5 days, it was actually ported over on Wednesday (yesterday).

I also ported over from RedOne.

What is the 5G speed?
I tried my newly convert smart roam with 5g plan, it’s look like same as roam plus plan 4g speed
Which only reach 220Mbps, is this normal speed?

Our 5G NSA network speeds can be found below
👉 Theoretical >1Gbps
👉 Typical Downlink 100Mbps – >1Gbps
👉 Typical Uplink 35 – 90 Mbps

as mentioned they are both 5G NSA plan... even the plan name is 4g roam , speed is location dependent

Location dependent. If you are inside shopping malls, look up the ceiling and you may find lots of telcom repeaters. Speed will likely be faster near those repeaters. I've came across 1.1gbps before.

I'm on Vivifi. And i port to Giga. How long before i can port to ZYM to enjoy the non-singtel network benefits.

Yes this is a known issue for many budget lines.

I have the same problem with CL, GOMO and Giga as well.

I just ported over to pure Singtel SIM ONLY 5G and they don't have this issue.
