Very bad recently. since early May, gaming to US server can get 1+k pings. Last night was so terrible (up to 1k ping) that I need to game over vpn which reduces the ping to ~300ms. Can see that it’s a MR issue.
don't bother calling la. their CSO are non existencetheir CS is total crap..... called their tech support and waited like 30mins and nobody picked up. Emailed them and requested a callback and no one called (about a week now)
my experience with the Red one was the worstWell my experience with Red S was decent... sure sometimes it takes awhile to get thru their tech support but they do pick it up eventually and their technicians do promptly come down
bro their ******* practice of routing traffic to HK and back affects me even when I'm not their customer because M1 buys IP transit from Singtel for IPv6Route traffic to HK and back to SG

I cant even terminate now. The chat doesn't reply. They just refuse to let peope terminateIm definitely going to switch out of MR when my contract is up. MR feels like another case of SIMBA. I think i would rather pay abit more and stay on a more stable established telco.
No idea. The /128 address i got on the WAN interface doesn't really experience this, but the routed /64 have some asymmetric routing issue going on with Hurricane Electric (HE) because Singtel buys IP transit from HE in HK (not in SG) and advertises their customer routes to HE over at HK.Do you know why M1 decided to do that for IPv6, kind of strange. Is it because M1 also kind of treat IPv6 as second class citizen and give the bad route to IPv6 through Singtel and not IPv4? ...
