Mesh is linking 2 routers together to provide better coverage.

Have you checked your settings whether it's set to support legacy devices?

My doorbell can only work using wpa2.

For IoT devices - have to try creating another SSID, and setting it to be using only 2.4Ghz with WPA2 encryption.

Also for better security, if able to should set another VLAN for them to isolate from other devices on your network.

I schedule a weekly reboot for the router but every time reboot wan connection is lost, changed dhcp aggressive or continuous doesn't seems to resolve the reboot wan drop issue. Anyone faces the same and how did you managed to solve it? Firmware latest

Anyone's myrepublic wired connection always drops to 10/10 during rainy weather? It has been this way for around 2 years for me. On normal days I can get a 100/100 connection but during rainy weather it drops, and sometimes after rebooting the router it goes back to 100/100 but drops to 10/10 again after 10 minutes or so.

I thought it was a bad cable but if this is the case, I shouldn't be able to get 100/100 during dry weather.

shouldn't you be getting 1000/1000 aka gigabit lan connection? How come yours is 100/100?

My case was because the RJ45 head has loose wires, not crimp properly. Adjust the wires, then ok already

I have never got 1000/1000;before on multiple routers

highest is 100/100

Read HWZ Forum Rules!

1. update firmware of your router
2. update lan drivers of your PC or laptop
3 use different lan cable. Cat5e and above please. Cat5 cable is speed rated 100mbps.

In your case, from what i feel is your cable. because you said you have never gotten 1000/1000 on multiple routers. find another cable that is rated Cat5e above and try
