Some say will be 2m. Some say super good deal. Some say need guts and foresight, sure appreciate gao gao.

The most popular and most over-subscribed are the 5 room flats, it is very clear that sinkie families want the bigger 5 room flats, but the govt is not listening and still building so little 5 room flats.

Ya lor, stop building ECs and build 5 rooms in New Estates near schools better hor. Or move all Mission Pri/Sec Schools there too - Priority given to couples who have at least a kid going to Pri. School there if they are 2nd Timer. Other 2nd Timers are probably flipping their old BTO. And usually 3-gen not popular with young couples to stay with In-Laws.
