HDB should claw back grants according to the year that owners sell their house

sell at 5th year upon MOP, claw back 95% grant

sell at 6th year, claw back 90%
7th year, claw back 85%
8th year, claw back 80%
9th year, claw back 75%
10th year, claw back 70%

repeat the pattern until 20th year after MOP then no need claw back any at all

repeat after me, HDB flats are public housing for living, not for flipping

vote ah gui into parliament :o

No support ah gui... After sell flat, grants suppose to pay back to seller's cpf, why ah gui want to give to hdb? 🤣

If people actually agree HDB or properties are for living and not for flipping , it will be 60% opposition 40% PAP la.
