I tot too oily. Water ok...........Actually it is stir fry.. but I add a bit more water for it to stew to soften the carrots and potatoes.
Very Rare can see outside selling.........Some thing that must try.KYM?? Today's Dinner eat Stir Fried Bee Tae Mak with Minced Pork, Mushrooms, Chives, Bean Sprouts and Chilli Padi.

Well it is oily because of the canned stewed pork.. that one bobian the whole can is quite oily but you need that meat taste in stew to taste nice lor, the flavor is in the gravy and fats.. you cook frozen meat like pork ribs or beef brisket also quite oily the fats will render out and become oil.I tot too oily.
