Not bad. First time trying this out, bought this from a minimart using CDC Vouchers while buying some biscuits to stock up.

KYM? Ran out of ideas what to eat, instead of tabao, cook some pasta and ownself stir fry it with chili padi, satay sausages, minced pork, onions, mix vegetables.

KYM? This one below is what I cooked to eat with Teochew Muey yesterday, Stir Fried Bean Curd with Leeks, with Chinese Sausages.

KYM??? Yesterday cooked Japanese Curry Beef Brisket with Potatoes, Carrots, Onion.

Then last night got remaining curry zhup add 1 can of chick peas to it to make prata curry.

Actually it is stir fry.. but I add a bit more water for it to stew to soften the carrots and potatoes.

I tot too oily. Water ok...........

Well it is oily because of the canned stewed pork.. that one bobian the whole can is quite oily but you need that meat taste in stew to taste nice lor, the flavor is in the gravy and fats.. you cook frozen meat like pork ribs or beef brisket also quite oily the fats will render out and become oil.
