Really? The only fried items I tried in BK were the fries, chicken tenders, taro pie (my favourite items), and onion rings (was good in the past, now not sure), tasted so so.

The lao sai effect of this is definitely stronger than McSpicy.
I had 2 of these for lunch and immediately in the evening, i had to run to the loo.
The burning sensation is no joke and i think this product should come with a warning sticker.

Actually I hope fast food restaurants do more of these.

Some of us dun take soft drinks or sides for health reasons so we always hesitate when it comes to set meals.
