Tell you the truth. Go and check the warehouse address provided by 4px and Taobao, you will realise that almost the same. Please compare the warehouse mobile from both sides, it is exactly the same. Tracking number by 4px all are started with cnsgs and cnsgn. I even got one time which was that tsgcn. Having to say that, by cutting another layer (cainiao), shipping cost is even more cheaper.

You won’t face payment issue. Go to desktop version, scan the QR code with 支付宝 phone app and choose good exchange rate visa and MasterCard. As long as each payment is less than rmb200, you won’t be changed 3% by 支付宝. You can choose to store rmb inside this 4px wallet if you have payment over rmb200. Make multiple payments which is less than rmb200 per time to store inside 4px wallet. (Divert a bit: go to Taobao app and change your payment currency to cny and make sure each payment is less than rmb200 in case you purchase individual/combination of items which is less than rmb200 inside Taobao. A lot of people are unaware of this even for super old bird. Long time never Taobao as now I used 拼多多. Then only aware of this thing. You no longer has to rant or fight for Taobao 3% fee waiver voucher if you purchase per item which is less than rmb200).

You can use eWallet list under this website https://www.alipayplus.com/mobile-payment-provider-list to scan zhifubao QR code too. Eg Changi pay, ocbc digital app, grab pay.

Good thing about this 4px is still go by actual weight for air shipment but cainiao already started to charge volumetric weight.

For those people like spoon feed Eg how much cheaper, can choose pop station etc. Please don’t use 4px as there are certain funny rules. Either you spend a bit of times to read through or consult 4px cso else later you will come to rant Eg your rmb2000 of goods will be forced to use sea shipment by 4px. Personally I used 4px since sept 2023 but still a lot that I don’t know about 4px when come to sensitive items. Good thing is anything which is not possible to ship by that method, 4px will disable it.

I edit a bit of my post above as it may confuse people.

yes, you can top up 4px e wallet multiple times (per time is less than rmb200) to avoid that 3% charge if you are using WeChat pay or zhifubao QR code scanning method. It is the same as you are in China mainland to scan the merchant QR code thing. If per transaction is rmb200 and above, WeChat and zhifubao will impose 3% charge.

As for Taobao app thing, change your payment currency to CNY. Each payment if is less than RMB200, 3% charge won’t be imposed too.

For those people that interested in 4px, the tracking status in 4px website or WeChat mini program is a bit slow and sometimes doesn’t make sense. I work around it with this website, http://m-track.4px.com/#/ then input the tracking number started with 80 to see the meaningful tracking status.

You can see my 2023 sept latest status in WeChat mini program for 4px, still in “进口清关完成”. The truth is already received long time ago.

Does anyone has any way to avoid card transaction fee on 闲鱼？Besides using 支付宝 ewallet as it it really troublesome to keep finding someone to recharge into the ewallet.

Totally different thing. I am lazy to explain. Never mind, you will be prompted to do this setup when you decide to send the first shipment to Singapore via 4px. During that time, just come back here to see my setup.

There is a hack to top up your own Alipay account via SGD. The SGD eWallet that can do as far as I know are Changi pay, grab pay and ocbc digital bank app. I setup since last year and topped up few times because I wanted to purchase few things in 1688. But doing too frequently may get your Alipay account be suspended. A lot of Malaysians are doing that and resulted being suspended.

Thanks for your guidance. I completed my first consolidation with 4PX using WeChat Pay via Revolut. I could not pay with Alipay because my account is not verified and it is expecting balance to be used. Balance is a feature only for verified accounts.

I like the way you set up the 发件人。Initially I entered everything in Hanyupinyin, including Lu instead of using the English word Road. I asked the CSO why they are not the 发件人？She said can be anything, just that the warehouse can not be the 发件人。It is for custom declaration. While there is a risk with no compensation when the package is lost, I noticed a significant saving with using 4PX. Ha ha. Not going to say out loud here. All legal and hope all who found out later will keep very quiet about this. I will probably update the 发件人 address to somebody’s residence in future. 发件人 name cannot be the same as recipient.
