Retire already might as well drive something fun. You're not going to be clocking miles all the time so why go for hybrid for pseudo sustainability?

Fun is subjective. It can be the car that you've always dreamt about or the humble B&B car that your father always took the family out in. Maybe a small roadster?

Me driving nissan note same same epower i would say if u know how to drive hybrid the fuel efficiency is there 6 mth if driving 22km/L i gt use app to calculate.

The radio cui , engine is quite loud at slow speed if u get use the electric engine for a while.
the c28 uses a new engine. the noise is much more refined, even barely noticeable compared to the older version

Dear all,

Any MPV lover or who are sourcing for a car, have you review the Nissan Serena Highway e-power?
Any experience inputs and feedbacks are welcome.

Confidence for the future. More good years ahead...
Thank you.
i don't drive the c28.. but im in the owners chat.. in general, if you compare c27 and c28, c28 has a lot of improvements over the c27. the engine noise has reduced a lot. FC also improved because of the higher cc engine. i read its between 16 to 20km/l. it really depends on ur driving habits and route taken.

if u want FC, c28's series hybrid will definitely be less efficient compared to the parallel hybrids (the toyota triples, AVF, honda stepwagn). but its driven fully by a electric drive train therefore i think the response is much better.. immediately in fact... so it really depends what you are looking for lor....

go test drive to see if u like the one padel drive...

Dear TitanSmall,

One thing I like about C28 is the road tax is <1k, which is friendly to wallet for next 10 years. I have a stepwagon however it's a petrol variant. Enjoy the drive and maneuvering just like my Mercs.

Thanks for sharing the information. Will visit Tan Chong to experience and drive.

Confidence for the future. More good years ahead...
Thank you.

Not sure of Nissan now still guzzlers? If can hit 15-16km/l city driving it's considered good.

Dear TitanSmall,

I will swing by Tan Chong first to take a look at the vehicle. Will see if your SA can provide a better deal and discount.

I am contemplating with few options, car-make and platforms.

Thank you.

Dear tj3333,

I prefer non fuel guzzler and sustainability. When I go into full retirement mode, any form of savings would come in-handy.

Dear zzzzzzz,

Dear JAson1980,

Your colleague is driving a C27 or C28. They look similar in exterior but pretty much different within.

Dear virtualape,

It's really the driving experience. I will drive continuously for 16-20 hours from Singapore into Thailand. Tried with Mercs and Spada, there is a difference in ergonomics comfort and sustainability.

Confidence for the future. More good years ahead...
Thank you.
