I'll skip for this month, as I'm uncertain how the bank will implement and enforce its new "Fresh Funds" definition introduced since last month for rotation of funds between sole and joint EGAs.

“Fresh Funds” means a deposit of funds from outside of HSBC into the Eligible Account. For the avoidance of doubts Fresh Fund must not be: (i) funds originating from any existing account with the Bank, and (ii) funds that are withdrawn and re-deposited within the last 30 days

I prefer to receive interest every mth, rather than wait 3 mths later! Now I am guaranteed to get 4.6%pa for 6 mths!

it depends on whether you signed up in April or May.
Apr-May: credit in July
May-Jun: credit in August

since you didn't get in July I supposed you belonged to the May-Jun group. it will come in by 31 August but may also end up coming in on 1 Sep or 2 Sep as they were late before.

yeah, totally agree, me too hoping EGA to continue the same rate. My fund temporarily staying at Fastsaver and iSavvy this month to clear the cycle.

Eligible Customers who successfully sign up for this Promotion will be paid Bonus Interest on the Incremental Deposit Average Daily Balance for the calendar months August 2024 and September 2024. Bonus interest earning period (“Relevant Period”) is from 01 August 2024 until 30 September 2024. Incremental Deposit ADB must be in the form of Fresh Funds.

There are 2 bonus type, the standard one where you register via sms, and the other everyday+ rewards, still not sure which you're asking about

There are 2 separate promos.

This bonus interest calculation is based on the incremental Average Daily Balance (ADB) for each of the 2 interest-earning months (Aug & Sep) compared to July ADB, i.e. Aug ADB compare to July ADB, Sep ADB compare to July ADB. The total bonus interest for Aug & Sep will be credited by 30 Nov.

You can also get an additional 1% bonus interest from the on-going HSBC Everyday+ Rewards Programme (no sms registration required).

This bonus interest calculation is based on incremental Average Daily Balance (ADB) of each month compared to the ADB of its previous month, i.e. Aug ADB compare to July ADB, Sep ADB compare to Aug ADB. This 1% bonus interest is credited around 5th of each month if you are eligible.
Although no sms registration is required, however, you need to do transfer-in (an aggregate of at least $2k) and 5 transfer-out (any amount is ok) within the same month, i.e. Aug. If you complete all these on the same day (preferably at beginning of the month), 4-5 workdays later you will receive an sms from the bank : "You've qualified for the HSBC Everyday+ Rewards Programme !. From now until DDMMMYYYY, enjoy 1%......".

For Aug/Sep registration, the bonus interest will be paid by 30 Nov, as stated in the t&c:

Bonus Interest will be credited into an Eligible Account in SGD by 30 November 2024. In all cases, Eligible Customers must satisfy all the conditions of this Promotion before any Bonus Interest is paid.
