What are the measures in place to ensure home owner valuables in good hand?

What's the arrangement to lock up the place daily?

I intend to move all valuables to one room and lock up. Cos planning to go stay hotel ☹️
That's what we did. except locking up, as it is one of the rooms workers will be in. And that area is behind floor-to-ceiling plastic sheets, so if anyone were to tamper, it'd be very evident, because it's hard to re-do the thing the way it used to be.

When we had our HIP, our door was pretty much open during the day. Sometimes neighbours would pop by (i.e. walk in) unannounced to find my mum for chit-chat, or to see the progress as they're waiting for their turn. A bit like kampung feel.
