Anyone know why 2 bto units side by side, same floor and same block, but there is a price difference of $10k+?

Is the unit that is more expensive better?
One bought with Optional Components Scheme items paid with CPF?
Otherwise 10k difference meh?

The booking period can be as long as 6-9 mths (from my research). Is there a particular sequence in the booking appmts for, say, 4-rm, 3rm, and 2rm units in the same project? Do 4rm buyers go first, followed by 3rm ans 2rm buyers?
Or perhaps all room types are booked concurrently?
A relative secured 2rm Q #8x out of 5xx units. Booking starts Sep. Would his turn be in Sep-Oct?

There is a solid wall separating the chute and the type 2 unit main door. The solid line on the plan does mean something.

Likely a floor step down only, not a wall. Otherwise how to access?

Ya. Whats a “wash area”? Sounds potentially wet and messy. Its not in every development.
probably for residents to wash larger items or items they dont want to wash in their toilet?
or maybe rubbish chute area always dirty, so estate cleaners have to keep it clean by washing that area regularly

Is pneumatic waste conveyance system a part of this development?
