converting me to perm. he took advantage of the merger that was happening to drag it for 2 years.

it went from 2nd year then can > going to merge so cant change now > just merged cant change

someone will be joining my team soon and that complicates things if I were to resign (seating arrangement etc). Ideally I should resign before he joins but I don't think that will happen.

you misunderstand. is not they dont let me take leave. is i needed to properly document and handover. also because the other guy who i should be offloading to also throw letter but he 1 months notice. end up his last day is 1 or 2 days after me iirc.

Last time my colleague told me dnt need handover almost everythng.
I guide him everythng but he quit within 1 month
