Basically SIngtel TV packs are good if you need only low cost selected contents.

If you need more contents, go with the more expensive Starthub TV+ options.

By the way, the older Singtel promotions seem to be better with 50% off the Starter pack and free Singtel TV box rental. Starhub just does not have low cost options.

I look at the pack, it lacks Netflix etc and if want to watch EPL then must pay extra $66/mth which is very expensive. For SH Homehub+ Ultra Sport, it is good deal and not too expensive and first TV box free. ST still must pay $6 for TV box. SH app is available on Samsung TV and i can watch on my second TV without TV box rental. SH also have a starter pass $5+/mth and can watch via Samsung TV. SH TV for as low as $5+ la. Any one can buy it.

FYI, Singtel CAST app is available on more platforms than Starhub TV+ app, including Samsung TV and Apple TV box. Same that you do not need a second box to watch the contents.

And often Singtel will have offer to waiver the TV box rental.

And many people do not need EPL and those expensive sports packs.

So it depends on the needs of individual users.

Singtel cast is only 1 access only while TV+ app is up to 2 access on the go. Not all channels are available on cast. Starter pass > https://www.starhub.com/personal/tvplus/passes/starterplus.html

i had no issues downloading third-party apps via my TV+ / TV+ Pro devices

Need their box is hope for no lag for the tv service but sorry to say even used their box also will lag not to mentioned install their tv+ apps and use in ur smart tv

This is not 3rd party stream, it is illegal streaming app and this is against the law. The free streaming site usually has spyware so do not stream free. Nothing in this world is free. Such sites can be faster than SH but only in 720p resolution. If got caught can get into trouble.

I think no people give a hook about this is illegal or not as long as is free.haha .tons of people streaming in sg .

Luckily i don't watch sg tv anyway, mostly youtube these days on pc which i can block all ads. I also watch cna news via youtube.
