Huh, even for our own home consumption we also reuse frying oil. Maybe reuse a few times if we have like a batch of homemade ngor hiang to fry over a few days.

Why you talk like so guai Lan ? I am just sharing some hawkers can reuse oil 30-40 times etc .. I still prefer my home cooked meals
