Just tried on my company windows desktop on Edge browser also same error…

Do SingTel staff install eSim in new iPhone pro max 16 ?

or SingTel staff give you QR code to go home to install on your own later after you backup your data from old to new iPhone ?

I also received just now when i do testing if can do CIS recontract without needing office email.
End up i have to go back to office and take my laptop then come home do re-contract..
luckily my office is not those kind weekend never open one.. if not i cannot recontract liao.
I also forget that pre-order iphone CIS need email to verify otp..

they will give you QR code then you scan and then follow instruction on your phone then you will be good to go.
also do note that if you change phone next time you need to call in to singtel or go down to their shop to get another QR code which is chargeable at 10.90.

I wanted to opt for eSIM… but if change phone will be chargeable.. so I dropped the idea of doing that..
