Yes train more crowded in the morning as many people going to work. For me I got direct bus from boon lay interchange to office building and got seat

If I take train I still need to take bus

This one is depends on company policy. My company dun encash , so definitely have to finish if not forfeit and you lugi.

Even if resign, the remaining AL will be calculated for ur notice period and last day. There is just no encash at all
