Ok what my increment also abt 200 every year. Performance bonus is given every March together with march salary + the backdated increment for Jan and Feb

So usually Mar I get one lump sum

My increment is yearly basis
So if the lump sum given only in March, then they have to back date

Env v impt. to me my work env must be family type. if toxic not gd, everyday u stress. Bad for health long run.

Yes now I also resume cai png for lunch. Last week I totally cannot eat much at all. Feel hungry but just can't eat. Terrible sick and fever

Doctor say viral infection and take my temp. 39.1 omg I almost died at the clinic totally no energy
