So 5 days wfo will help company save money since all give up rsu!

Doesn't affect the exceptional though. Have a colleague who started work from home before COVID. No need to come into office at all because nearest office is a few thousand km away.

How many of such scenario... Shouldn't have more than a handful such cases.

My company also have employees in countries which we don't have offices.

KPI still must meet. Really can slack meh. But if it comes to that then 1 less reason to stay lor.

But if I quit will lose quite alot of RSU now 😂.
So even 100% wfo, you also won't quit because of your RSU right?

I’m suffering from recurrent cornea erosion and its causing a lot of pain whenever the surface cells tear. Anyone has similar experience and has been treated with diamond burr/laser? Please share doc recommendations. If anyone has experience with Dr Johnson Tan from TTSH/Raffles Eye Centre, please let me know as well. TIA

How old are you?
My eye specialist said my eye surface is abnormally thin... Thinner than 95% of population :(

34 years old. I injured (don’t recall) the cornea surface, so with dry eyes, the epithelium cells just keep tearing. Not too sure how they know if the eye surface is thin. Suffering man. Its like I barely can open my eyes on bad days. I want to know if anyone has been through the surgical procedure of diamond burr or laser. The opthalmologist suggested diamond burr first to remove the top layer so it grows back and can attached better to the underlying layer.. but i’m just scared of side effects

I had eye virus / infection once.

One morning I woke up, my eyes stick together and can't open. It's all pus that cause the eyelids to stick. After that when eyes can open, is red and conjunctivitis. Around the eyes also started peeling off the skin.

i put on shades to see doctor. i think i got eye drops but cant rmbr how i recover
