Did you switch from physical sim to eSIM? I was told that I have to pay to switch when I recontact my plan :(
likely is yes (pay when u recontract, switch phones, set up replacement phone)
say likely is bcoz no one can guarantee what’s the policy in 12 months time since this is the first time they offering eSim on iphone launch day.

i gave up the idea of switching, and stick to Physical SIM.
imagine your current phone starts acting up on an important day … and you’ve got a spare phone lying around, BUT u can’t do a thing about it bcoz you’re on eSim.

May I know how do u get it?
I dont have the link to fill up the form....
For me the singpost guy actually pass me the phone first then he sort of offered me saying can get Singtel e-voucher if I activate while he’s there.

he couldn’t give much info about what the voucher is for, just said accessories. After I showed him that I activated he scan the iPhone box and entered my email into some Singtel’s website and told me will get email about the voucher in a month’s time before he left

For home delivery, can we request not to activate the phone ? Or is it a must to do so?

We have been kpkb lot about no esim but now we have a choice but we always realized not so good about esim. If my Fam did not give feee roaming, I will take esim mostly. However even for roaming, many places use esim anyway.
