There seem to be quite some negative complaints from the comments of MR Facebook 3Gbps advertisement post.

Hopefully MR will soon fix the issue.

SH customers had a lot of complaints about peak time slow down issues previously, now the complaints are mostly gone.

Just have to make a post here, Ive just signed back in July with MR for 1 gb to tryout recently but after the outage in September my connectivity has never been the same anymore.

Is anyone suffering from bandwidth loss this past week or so? My bandwidth was cut half literally and sometimes my connectivity get interrupted like non-stop like either slow or failed connection to websites.

I pray and hope those affected like me staying at Northeast, hope your internet is finally fine after this 1 - 2 weeks of shenanigans.

Gonna go see and test and see how is it in the evening.

My fiber down about 30 mins ago. Tried connecting ethernet cable straight from ont to pc still no network. Lighting indicator on ont also normal as in it’s the same light up as during normal operation.

Anyone having issue too? Yishun area.

Not bad they issue a new ont to me for recontact technician come install check finish everything ok liao.
Old ont they said will take back i ask can keep anot. Because it been with me for 6 years technician lol said cannot belongw to MR so sad leh

2.5Gb setup, no change from my previous post.
I don’t think it’s related to the internet down for MR. If it’s related, u should not even be able to connect to internet. Maybe check the link speed under lan status to confirm is it 2.5Gbps or 1Gbps.

Till now my internet still not working.

The MR internet is behaving erratic throughout since ytd 9pm - 1:30am on my side (northeast area).

Random high loss causing my pfsense to fallback back and forth (counted 5 times) to my 2nd backup fiber internet. Though physically I did not feel it until I saw the posts this morning and checked the logs.

Will be submitting the WAN logs to MR technical team to sort this out.​

Still down since 3.30PM yesterday​

No problem with mine since last night. Based on my logs, the network is down and recovered in less than a min.

You might want to power cycle your network devices.​

bruh, i know my ****. my ONT and router was off when i went to sleep. i turn it back on when i woke up. Still red :)
