I remember a incident where by a recruit jump form the building in BMT? On that day his body was transported back it suddenly rain damn heavy

The rape case is mild compared to Huang Na? Huang Na is not a singaporean so to me, whatever happened to her is no big deal compared to the student in Jc or the guy in Ns.

Case 1 : around 87, just after famous Charlie Coy 3rd door story.

OCS platoon night firing exercise in Safti Elephant Hill, if I'm not wrong.

SAW gunner misfired w one round piercing thru the water bottle of the person in front, killing him.

I did my platoon night live firing after this fateful event. Got Div commander came to oversee our training, i rmb his name was Alphonso, can't rmb if 1 or 2 crabs.

Rare to have Div ppl visit night training then, so everyone was on the ball.

Additional safety procedures were added after the event such as tapping the helmet when passing thru the "gap" & shouting of "gap, gap, gap", putting on safety latch & carrying Saw by the handle while running, etc.

No night club, it's tw 地下街，later involved Maj Gen Winston Choo to resolve w Tw govt.

It was Commando unit, involved in a fight w local tw gangsters in 地下街.

After this incident, all SAF guys were banned from entering 地下街 and there were SAF MP guarding at the entrances of 地下街 when we had exercise there.

B4 Covid, i went to Taipei 地下街, it was really v pathetic condition w not many youngsters visiting. It's like our People's Park, selling outdated items.

The above was TCSS during reservist in camp where ex regular shared. Not many ppl know tat Maj Gen Winston Choo was involved to meditate the issue.

The Amber Beacon Tower murder is an unsolved case where a woman was murdered by two unknown attackers, who ambushed her and her boyfriend during the couple's romantic night out at Amber Beacon Tower in East Coast Park. During the attack, the female victim, 21-year-old Kelly Tan Ah Hong (陈亚凤 Chén Yàfèng), was stabbed in the neck by one of the men while her 22-year-old boyfriend, James Soh Fook Leong (苏福良 Sū Fúliáng), was stabbed in the back by the man's accomplice. Although Soh managed to survive with timely medical intervention, Tan died as a result of massive bleeding from her wound. Despite the extensive police investigations of this case, the murderer(s) were never identified or caught.
