the West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok even worse. 130 minus 100 elderly units = 30 non-elderly units. 65% * 30 = 19 units for singles only....... no wonder now already 4.8x rate for singles.

but elderly get minimum 100 units for every project. so means elderly will have 100 units.

non-elderly will get 42 units. 65% of 42 = 27 for singles only.

this is why they want to mix senior with youngsters for bto....... at least they can detect when got corpse smell. With aging population, dying alone at home is uptrend.....

at my place, the seniors will meetup at night. if someone missing, they will go their house to check.... jin cham
