Even food tasteless, I must eat.
If not mind too weak to think , mind only trigger you to cry more.

I have been thru a few traumatic events in life as well and i told myself not to let down the people around me but instead grow stronger to survive including consuming food, sleep and pass motion. I did talk to trusted people and even family members brought me out for vacation. Things were tough but i managed to survive. Do not entertain to negative tots even when sad. Let time heals us.

Your religion may help you at this point. If u don't have any, you can pick up a bible (New Testament) to read when things are more settled. With the great love from God, you will find peace and solace.

When her friend called me...I was shocked...n I still can control my mind.....but after reality set in..the pain comes..slowly n excruciating...till my tears just flow down easily, trying to control my tears in front of people n trying not to speak in choke voice..but I can't...
