Don’t worry. I stayed in the area. No regret. Driving wise, actually beside cte, there’s ample choices such as lornie highway , Bartley road and upper serangoon road. But personally, I feel circle line is most connected and I tend to drive lesser nowadays. Ace supermarket at ntp is super convenient too 😁
Circle line is the best line. You only need to change mrt once to reach any other mrt station. But other lines, you cannot guarantee that at all.

top selling by % doesn't mean much in my opinion

One North Eden sold 85% at launch and tbh it's not the best new launch during that year. Sure, they made profits, but not the most IMO.

I know because I balloted for it.

but indeed chuan park is good and I will drop a cheque and buy if it's 2.2k PSF
2200 psf …..nobody at GoldenHill park will sell u also

Woodlands resale still got chance for u to buy cheap

Said from day 1 CP is a good development. But not ~70% sold on launch day good la, it's beyond my expectations. It's quite crazy, but I am not complaining.

Lol at people jjww about kingsford.. people with actual money didn't care a sheet.

Congrats to owners, especially to those in front of the line.

Objectively I agree. Launch day % sold doesn't matter in the long run.

Subjectively, I hope there will be a hype to attract more buyers cause I have vested interest. I am biased :D

As of time of writing, there's another 1% increase which makes it 4x price increase within 12 hours...
Kingsford still more ethical than Allgreen (Pasir ris 8 saga)

CP buyers FOMO and sabotaged EOK buyers liao lah.

So good sales, if i were Ah Lian i adjust up my ave price to 2700psf (up from 2600psf)

Nvm, still got Nava Grove at 23xxpsf but that one might need to ballot car lot whahaha
Nava Grove starting from 22xx can also mean avg 24xx :ROFLMAO:
