If he is that innocent, he would have installed CCTV in his own home (and he's certainly smart enough to do that). The CCTV would have captured whether the allerged accusations were true loh. He has the financial muscle to fight the case one if he's truly innocent. The fact that the victim could state specifically the words he said about buay tahan liao and he didn't deny clearly showed he is guilty loh.

If the laywer already advised him roughly how much he will be fined (5k in this case), why would he offer much more money to keep the victim silent.
