Recently completed HIP so took the opportunity to simplify my life as age catches on

Changed all the back windows (balcony + 2 back rooms) and took off the grilles. Clean the grilles until I fed up

Changed all the fancy heavy glass ceiling tube and bulb lights to simple screw-on plastic PHILIPS LED lights. When I gets older it'll be easy to change the lights. The days of those fancy lights are over for me.

HDB have balcony?

I have a recommendation though, e can change all the light bulbs to smart. Integrate that with Google home mini and you have a smart home. As people aged, mobility will reduce and one will eventually lost the mobility and standing up to flip that switch will become a problem sooner or later. For smart lights, you can simply use your voice to turn on/off lights, fans, tv and Aircon.

Nope.

My sis is 80 if I'm not wrong. If her children's children's children grows up in 20 yrs time and gets married she'll has the opportunity to become the great great grand mother. Hopefully her life is of good health.

Another 20 yrs down the road, and if I can live healthy till then, I'll have the opportunity to become great great great grand uncle
