I think most premium outlets around the world tend always operates in ulu areas with little residential area around. Its almost as if it's part of an agreed business model. I guessed if it operates in areas where there is easy access, the actual brands will become worthless.

There are plenty of sportswear brands there that are already on discounted prices, and there are usually some kind of further promotion to entice more purchases.

I'll go with option 1 but that's because I'm a grab person and I usually prefer to get to my destination asap ! lol

There is a direct bus to JPO from JB sentral (JPO1) operated by CW bus operators, no need to take the Kulai bus. However I wouldn't want to take the return trip from JPO (JPO1) back to JB sentral because it jams like mad in the evening near the CIQ area. It was painful. Not sure if it's the same during the day.

Kulai to JPO is about 7-8 mins on grab for your reference.

1.grab from jb sentral
2. take the train to Kulai and grab from there since I understand it is near Kulai.

Since a couple of years ago Caring, Guardian & Watsons no longer accept TnG Card to pay ie tapping to pay ala PayWave.

However you can still top-up TnG Cards at these pharmacies.

another question: to get from Bukit indah back to Sg, I check lugo app, it says take cw3 from Bukit indah, but I see the journey, it’s one hour journey circling before reaching CIQ.. any better bus route to reach CIQ from Bukit indah? Thanks!

From Aeon Bukit Indah bus stop, any CW bus ask driver going custom (CIQ) or not. If yes, just board, don't need to care about what number is the CW bus.
All CW bus will make big round within Bukit Indah then proceed to CIQ, so around 1hr.
(Sutera Mall CW bus also make a big round to TUTA, also about 1 hr)
Another way is to go Perling Mall, at the side of the mall there is a CW terminal (look like a open carpark). Wait in line and board any CW bus (need to ask driver to confirm), will take highway, so will be faster.

Check the expiry dates on cards.
All our cards both non expired and expired couldn’t be used anywhere since 2022 when it opened up.
Even cards sent for refund by agent also no sound no wind since 2022.

This Perling mall housed Giant and is close by Perling’s Farmers market ?

From my experiences, the non expired cards couldn’t be used for toll nor parking etc
We lost in total more than Rm1k for all the cards used Precvoid…

It's a little less developed than JB, so less new residential development but that's also part of Kulai's charm.
