35, back injured during ns, the pain shoots down legs, ankle, knee, and butt. Been doing strength training.
Lower back sprain? Come when overstrain the back?

Many tend get back or knee injury from military. Young don't really bother much. But when hit middle age, the pain start to be noticeable. Need to do back exercise to strength it to ease the pain and avoid further strain.

Back pain better avoid very salty process food. Also avoid pig organ soup, salted fish and salted veggies.

F&B alot of jobs but nobody wanna work in this sweatshop backbreaking environment.
Pay among the lowest too.

Govt affiliate like NTUC are paid damn badly.
Other govt jobs look at certificates more than private companies.

Those China companies are also crazy, are mostly 996 with unrealistic. :s13:

Just curious, quit because hurt back or quit liao then hurt back? And the pain never go away? If not too serious should be able to recover faster bah. And have normal life. Just that need to be careful when using the back.

Think once hurt back before, need to be careful when bending over. Especially change the way bend back carry load. Its incorrect one. If never hurt back probably not much issue. But once hurt back before such action can easily trigger the pain come back. Need to use the more proper way of using the leg muscle. Bend the leg to lift load.

If can avoid such. Normal work not much issue. Just need to be more aware and constantly remind self don't bend back carry load. If not when the pain come can barely walk with the pain. Thus more troublesome. As it take some time to recover. But if do the exercise right. The back strengthened, think the pain will be lesser when next trigger. Till more or less manageable.
