Guys, don't be stupid.

Go check who owns SRJV.

Everything here will look like it is competitive, but it is usually just people from the same group competing with their family members under a new company name. Even the stupid lcd screen in hdb lift is linked!

In this case, they are honest enough to say it is SBS, and you know sbs is largely owned by comfortdelgro and you know that is familee, where you house ex generals.

should be fun for LTA right? new entrants coming in with low bid, down the road not sustainable, quality standards drop like grapes

HDB has already faced constructors going bankrupt after bidding extremely low just to get the contract. i'm sure govt sector will never learn anything.

Why should SBS....which is still dependent on the government grants for profitability... have the money to be involved in other business?
