In America, their insurance is use network system de. Means certain hospital only support certain insurance company so you cannot just buy whatever insurance. Most ppl will buy the ones that cover most of the hospitals near their place which is usually the biggest company.

And guess which is the biggest healthcare insurance company in America?

US police will look at the spouse first. Then any possible relationship issue from both sides. Gf or bf. Or recent insurance coverage.

Then look at any issue in their business circle.

Because it's very difficult for stranger to know the whereabouts also.
