Have you thought of becoming a therapist? Social work (not the type help poor people access services but counseling and talk therapy for mental health). Or Psychologist.

You might be the wounded healer type know how it feels to be down, mood depressed, anxious etc. Then can empathize and help others.

Is always my dream to be one. But right now I have no means. Sounds like building castle in the air but if I win 12m toto solo and after I really sort out my stuff and settle down, I would seriously consider learning TCM and also psychology. So that I can travel around the world and see things while doing my part. And I always wanna setup social enterprise to help youth at risk and single parent.

Nursing diploma is 3 years. Degree another 4 years.

Those 40s above mid career will have to sign a bond to study diploma while getting allowance (probably 2 to 3k?) then after that will go work. And bond another 3 years I think. After that if do will can consider to get sponsored to uni.

Nursing no shortcut. You can't jump to degree without diploma. If not a lot people would do this already I think.

Probably buy each of my kids 2 properties each. Put in about 5m into ETFs with 100k a month distributions. Travel around the world and see things.

I see more and more people doing property. Honestly quite disgusting. Realtors in sg are nothing but sales people. I just saw one tdy at ig posting achievements despite 2 mths into it. Always like to have all sorts of award ceremonies. Ownself praise ownself like miw.

Sales is service. You shouldn't look at it negatively. Unscrupulous sales people is not the same as doing good sales work.

All companies need to have good sales service otherwise the business will not grow and fail.

Sales is also where the money is.

Even if you are a good therapist you have to "sell" yourself. Make yourself known. Service the clients.

Marketing.

Award ceremonies are good to maintain morale and keep spirits up.

In sales there is A LOT of rejection as well. Need to have mental fortitude to cope with the negativity that comes from rejection.
