Wah lao delivery rider also high risk job.. can meet this type of siao lang..

There are quite some siao-lang customers on such platform one. Have to be alert. Some can identify is trying to be funny or not from the response in the app.

One is when they choose to pay cash but later message want chut pattern use other method (meaning outside of the platform payment scope) liao. The other is when they choose to pay cash but don't have the exact amount to pay, demand the delivery give change and such. One more is when they put one address on the app but message to ask deliver another address, which often such change can be miles apart, totally out of the delivery scope liao.

Other more not sure liao. But base on these signs can more or less feel that the customer something wrong, trying to scam or what. So, if don't want to risk it, can cancel just cancel.

Not implying anyting, but one thing hor, think the platform quite lousy in the sense that don't have much of an option for delivery to report/complain about these potential problem customer issue. Should have something where delivery can directly report or highlight the problem customer. Which platform should investigate and ban the customer if legit.

This is siaolang customer problem, not platform problem. Panda might also have siaolang customers.
