Your suggestion is as bad as the government here... because of the antics of a single-digit percentage of the population, you put forth a solution that has an impact on the remaining majority of the population who behaves nicely and goes about their daily lives without committing a single illegal or unlawful act each day.

Reminds me of that discretionary right-turn decision because of a few errant motorists... where instead of increasing the penalty for committing such acts, everyone has to wait for that red-right-turn arrow to turn green instead.

The customer wanted to pay S$50 in cash and expected the S$33 change to be in cash as well. The food delivery rider wanted to PayNow the change instead. The customer allegedly showed up with a knife in hand.

Time for food delivery to be equipped with body cam like mata? If ride hailing can have camera and microphone in cars why they no protect their deliverymen?
