for local still OK mah, unless it's super competitive courses like comp sci law and med.

anyway, just to put things in perspective, HCI and RI, 80% of their cohort scored like 3 As and above,
based on results alone that is good enough to go to any ivy league uni or oxbridge.

just that places for foreign students in those unis are very limited and the school fees are expensive.

so guess it's the same for foreign students wanting to get into NUS.
