Singpost says unsuccessful delivery and left notification card but i can't find

I bought something from tiktok shop a few days ago and today at about 720 PM I received an SMS like this
"
our attempt to deliver was unsuccessful.You will receive a notification card which provides further information on the handling of this item "

The problem is my door was left open fully and only locked the gate and I did not hear any door bell ringing.. not sure what happen.
I went out my door upon receiving the sms but no notification card were left outside my door / shoe rack / riser.
Anyone has experience this and what should I do ? will calling Singpost with the tracking number helps ? I think this is very bad.

The time of inscan was much earlier than the text you received. That could suggest your parcel never left SingPost.

Some postmen don't even go to the unit and knock door. Just put notice in letterbox box and pass everything to post office.

Ask them to show proof they are at your door step by taking photo?

First delivery attempt always 'failed' - either never even leave the warehouse, or the courier couldn't make it in time before knocking off
