Is everyone able to buy IBIT on IBKR? What are the trading permissions required?

Any idea on mobile app how do I change the exchange from EBS to LSE.

For SPYL the default exchange is EBS, which is more expensive for commissions.

Any idea how to change it?
Heard the only way is via the desktop mode

For mobile, the only way is via recurring payment then hope the smart routing route to LSE? Thanks

Is is possible to open a joint account at Interactive Brokers with my child or children who are Singapore citizens and aged between 12 to 18 years old? If yes, what type of account is applicable?

I was reading that only those above 18 can open a normal account while those below 18 can open only a trust account but must be US citizens. Is that correct?

Traditional method requires converting FX and then transferring it to your bank account, methods too long you also lazy to withdraw and spend the profit.

Sometimes when the profit is big, you feel like you want to spend using your brokerage account instantly

That is not quite a good reason at least for me. At least I can get cash back from local credit cards

Well maybe it’s a good thing that card is not available then? That way instead of spending you end up investing more?

they should make Outside RTH including overnight, easier ..

Last time request Outside RTH including overnight, now have Overnight + Day

ya can keep hoping lor. sometimes in life need to have some hope to be worth living for.

but then it might in reality be false hope. i.e., keep hoping but never a possible reality, the end up procrastinate to take any action.

that feature you talking about is not singapore specific ma.

whereas this card thing, if release in sg will be sg specific.

sg market so small. also not say they want to release means they can simply release like that, sure got regulatory hurdles.

if so simple to release, then apple card would be here long ago? since they have much bigger presence than IBKR.
