Do u use eGiro to deposit funds? I use bank transfer yesterday till now not received! The PayNow transfer yesterday also not received!

I go to IBKR website to “inform” them ie fill up a deposit instruction form that I’m going to deposit S$X

Then they will provide the Citibank NA details and the reference number (I think it’s IBKR account number)

I do a UOB fast transfer to Citibank NA.

Then I emailed support to inform them deposit completed.

Funds in within 30 mins or less. Weekday afternoon 2-3pm

Hi guys, do you all usually use ibkr on the Web or mobile app? Do you find the mobile app is really hard to use? It so slow!

Depends on doing what. TWS>App>Web in that order I feel about the wholesomeness of functionality.

Is it a case of the app being hard to use? Or you might just not be familiar with it enough?

The bank transfer I forgot, the PayNow transactions I did. So really no excuse for IBKR, and it's PayNow! Luckily all are test deposits of a few dollars! And it took forever to reach the Live chat!

It's ridiculous PayNow doesn't work T night. 3rd or 4th time.

Tbh, I agree IBKR not as instant as others in terms of funding.

Cause you mentioned “officially” who’s to say what’s official in terms of better?

anybody using the ibkr desktop platform? the last few updates are giving me some annoyance.

for one, at the chart view, the left panel where it showed the various financial instrument, it used to show the change / last price, now its showing % instead. i want to change back to price but have been searching all over the place but couldn't.

anybody knows how to change back?

dbs remit no charge from dbs side at least. ibkr side should be no charge too

Yes I tried before years ago and there was no charge from dbs and ibkr. Not sure anything has changed

Done in early march. No charges from DBS USD Remit and IBKR for USD transfer.

1. What is the platform fees for etf, am looking at vwra. If I understand correctly, there is no platform fees.

2. what is the FX rate

FX fluctuates all the time. So don’t get your question / cannot be addressed.

3. The minimum fractional shares to trade

Don’t think got minimum. Maybe $1?

And there No other charges other than 0.22% pa.

What’s this 0.22%?

Am asking whether there is a fixed rate imposed for ibkr. Read that ibkr has the best FX rate. From my read, there is no fixed fx rate.

Which platform does fixed fx rate?

Or do you mean the commission?

0.22% pa is the charges which management fees for vwra.

This has nothing to do with IBKR. It’s with the fund regardless of where you purchase it from.

so this should not be a consideration which platform you purchase with.

If u want to compare the platforms, it should be about the commission you will pay.
