recently i beginning to feel like going home asap.
and stay at home.
Only go solo jogging even my walking kaki ask me to join them for a walk.
I love to go but i still feel like staying at home, offering lit joss stick to my wife.
I think i changed....but staying home whole day make my mind wondering all over..

Going to do some packing.
Bit by bit...
I am bad at packing .
Throw stuff also difficult due to unwilling to throw.

Bro, pls take a short break before continuing. Also, i recommend wearing a surgical mask when packing your wife's stuff besides cleaning the furniture when unpacking. i usually wear a mask when i need to clear stuff in dusty cupboards and wardrobes

Luckily my mum help me out bit by bit.
She knows i alone pack will take at least many months possibly few years.

Not sure if it helps. But last time my penpal and I have a hobby -
Watching clouds. We would sit at a convenient place and stare at the sky.
Admiring clouds changing their shape. Its refreshing to watch. Last time no hp.
We would draw the clouds and mailed to each other.

Rainy days a bit hard. We choose to listen to rain. Especially when we close our eyes -
the sound of rain on the rooftops. Takes the worries and anxieties away.

I imagine she would be happy if you dedicate the view or the sounds to her.

Currently I am trying to get back to my normal daily home life.
Which is I used to sleep at 830pm when I work in morning shift.

Also I try to get back to my weekend activities like walking too.

It is difficult especially I still hv to deal with the on going process of claims , travel compensation, etc..very hurting.

yes bro, probably i rely on her too much at home.
now i am all alone...it is indeed very painful at times.
I just chant and chant.
I light up joss sticks frequently especially when i am at home.
especially weekend, i will buy food, offer to her and then after a while, i eat the food as lunch.
packing is still on going...need months to have a completely clutter free house.
on going with lawer, insurance , banks, cpf...many things i am handling. (with my help of my son doing the doc, paper works)

Tats y. It's always painful when u lost a cherished 1 tat is close to u.

U just take time to regain, recover n live on with her in Ur heart.
