i buy all the paint online and pay Bangla around $200 plus to paint. Even though HDB already paint everything in white, but I decided to paint in darker shade, now my house looks like haunted mansion

You need to apply coat of sealant . Just find the professional service to do for you. Esp the edges if you nv do properly then gg

Ur friend must be very rich

TV need to have for house atmosphere.. But is not an urgent item. Means you can move in first and TV can buy at a later time, not so urgent
