Now already like scary nights. Living on high floor and the strong wind rustling against the window panels already gives the eerie vibes. I'm not afraid of the sound but the dust that easily penetrates into my house,

Is the sun and the dust that accumulate on the windows and wooden surfaces

No need to move ur stuff over? No furniture? No bed how to move in

my stuff are already packed in boxes a week before i collect my keys. I started to buy my fridge, washing machine and bed after i moved in. A little discomfort for the first week but at least I have the entire space for myself

actually 2 rm no need ID. I'm still appalled to those who spend over $50K for reno and the results can be achieved doing your own research. It's a matter of time and a little of effort. No need to rush to get everything done asap. It's not like any MP is going to visit your house or HDB is going to award you for the most well decorated unit

I fully paid my flat when I collect my keys. No outstanding loan and now I hit my FRS already.
Monthy expenses are my $10 simba top up, $39.90 wi fi and SCC charges.
I home cook my meals and read library books if I'm bored watching youtube movies
