[GPGT] why is it unreasonable to dump trash at condo trash collection areas?

$200 fine for dumping trash right outside the trash door. does it make sense to you? there's not a single rubbish bin in sight as well

usually bulky thrash need to throw inside those open top container bin..

They are referring to bulky thrash items like sofa, mattress, etc.
Condo may not have free removal services unlike HDB. They have to pay, hence individual units have to pay for their own bulk trash.

most condos have at least some blue or green rubbish containers in the carpark. residents may want to trash say a bed or fridge. then how? this is a new condo but the mcst is totally low ses

The notice got put big cupboard and sofa. Small rubbish can throw down rubbish chute or trash bins around the lift lobbies.

HDB can often see big furniture being dumped on ground floor next to rubbish collection point, especially during CNY and town council will clear up.

Condo do not allow and must arrange your own dump truck.
