after talking to them on WA they asked me call CSO on the hotline press 8 ..but CSO didn't want to give me and said not available ..... damn annoyed..

Then rhe person on WA asked if i got the code i told them no.so un helpful ... the person on WA then issued me a code..

waste of time might as well issue me from the beginning.

hmm the content of your SMS is different from my but the starting code is the same (SL7-XXXX)
And I tot the 10% 1st time purchase on samsung shop app is until Dec 2024?

Both got pro and con based on the specs. You need to determine which one you value more.
Eg, s25u has 5000 vs 6000 battery power as compared to oneplus 13.
Oneplus 13 is much cheaper > $500 than s25u.
S25u got better software than oneplus 13?
