HL milk is man-made milk?

This is bs lah. Milk in it's natural form is already an emulsion. If you leave it for extended period of time, the fats and water will separate by itself. Emulsifier is added so that you don't have to shake the milk vigorously everytime you take it out from the fridge.

i also find HL milk taste abit weird. last year bought 2 packs because got free thermal bag.

nowadays i only buy the meiji red carton 1L milk. but the nutri-grade is a D

Alrrady well known, they use milk solids instead of direct milk from cows. It's a bit like is pringles actually potato chips?



I never fed my family with such milk. I always look at the ingredients list . Only will buy when it states cow milk only and no other added stuff

My kids r consuming low fat Fitmilk



Ingredients
Cold filtered low fat milk
enzyme (lactase)





I also buy farmland low fat milk for kids.

yeah. go as natural as possible.
kids can go full cream lar.

i go full cream, as i use for coffee only, not drinking alot everyday

If I have to read more than 3 words in the ingredient list, I will not buy the product.
