ya its better to meet & get hurt actually, thats the fastest way to grow which is from the pain. but most sinkies are v sheltered, we dont experience bad ppl enough. in fact if u study alot u somehow meet with likeminded ppl who also study alot and maintain the kind of booksmart student mentality. so this book will sort of open yr eyes abit to real human nature, not the kind of society's conditioning that we're taught by parents & teachers. this world works via unspoken rules aka. 潜规则. the "by right" is just a smoke bomb intended to hide the unspoken rules.
sad to say, the worse scumbags i met were all professors & church leaders. they are very intelligent, but also very selfish, cunning and evil. an ex-convict can have better moral principles than any of them. i also wish to make a disclaimer than not all professors and church leaders are bad ok. there are also very likeable profs and pastors
lgbt guys & gals are uniformly nice. i really enjoy working with them although i'm straight. the gays tend to flirt alot and their sissy manners is very irritating. lesbians are very pleasant to work with, but because they have no interest in guys, you also wonder why such a beautiful girl prefer a boyish looking girl
the least calculative people i met are all from the investment industry. don't ask me why. that's just personal experience. the police, scdf and army guys are all very pleasant as well
when it comes to nationality, there's nothing fixed. i had both pleasant and unpleasant encounters with people from different countries. life's lessons are learnt best from scumbags though. that's where the 48 laws of power came from. all thanks to the scums of society!
