60 yr old - steelyoung

From the above, there appears to be no difference if you consider yourself steelyoung

Toxic people - Like to compare and show off…it is a way of covering up their social anxiety.

No need to show off because if you are happy leading luxurious life that will automatically reflects if you have achieved something that would be appreciated by its own……

Insecure people - negative about anyone they deem a threat to themselves. They will use any opportunity to put people down whilst trying to big themselves up. They beg for sympathy, claim to be better in whatever way they can think of & utilise everything they can to gain attention & adoration to bolster their fragile egos.

I don't compare to show off, I compare to berate and criticize myself for not doing well enough, is that also toxic? Even though people around me say given my unfair disadvantaged I'm already doing way better of similar league and is unfair to compare with those who already have it all. But I still can't help to judge myself for not overachieving and blame myself why so unlucky and behkan to overtake those that have unfair advantage.

I feel that people who will always self reflect about being toxic usually won't end up too toxic unless is on purpose. Whereas people have 0 concept about such or always blaming others to be toxic end up become the most toxic.
