Status is still awaiting dispatch, but date changed from from 5th Feb to from 6th feb.

No one at home it will be make as a failed delivery. They will reschedule it the next day but who knows how many attempts they will make eventually.

I try to change to my office address but Samsung say cannot. Damn stupid. End up have to collect at SES

nobody is at home, they will attempt delivery the next day .. can't remember it 2 x attempts then the item will be returned back to samsung
